The Dutch can be proud of their proven ability to speak beautiful English -
unless of course they were taught exclusively by a non-European ! ;-) - and
any other language that they choose I should imagine.
Seriously though, non-native speakers of English would do well to learn
from one side or the other to avoid confusion. The differences make
learning English a bit "PhD-level".
