Amen. If that happens, I'm out. Auctions are not auctions if they aren't
open. If the seller wants an auction, he can go to ebay.

Steinman, himself, may have superseded someone else who had a commitment
from Cloutier. By this doctrine, Steinman could be sued by that party.
