While I wait for some bargain T32s to appear ;-), I shot some tests with my
QA310 on 75 deg bounce, with a white card for throwing a little light forward.
I used full manual output, and estimated flash to subject distance of the
bounce, then added 2 stops and bracketed +/-1.
Surprisingly, all shots were quite overexposed, but still printable (HP5 b/w
film). From the contacts, the modelling of this setup was pretty dull - looked
like a typical high school portrait shot. But it is a start. Next I hope to use
a
full roll, with maybe some side bounces, and better notes on the settings
used.
