Hi all,
As you may recall, I had some focussing problems with my OM-4Ti not
reaching infinity with all my Zuiko lenses. Someone suggested doing
a test by photographing a page of text at 45 deg at the largest
aperture at closeup.
Unfortunately the results have shown that I do have some focussing
problems with the camera (wrong lines coming in focus). I'm certain
that the fault is in the OM-4Ti rather than the lenses (all 3 lenses
couldn't reach infinity).
Anyone has any smart ideas on where the fault can be and how I can
try to fix it myself rather than sending it off to be fixed?? Of course
I'd rather save money if I can (but not at the cost of stuffing up my
OM-4Ti).
I'm generally quite good in dismantling things and re-assembling them
but never tried with camera equipment. Should I risk it (i.e. would
it be a simple fix??)??
Thanks for any advice you're able to offer...
Sean
