[OM] Focus screens

Hi again.

I'm sorry to be a pest, but it seems that there is just one gridded OM
screen: the 1-10. And apparently there is no 2-10. Am I right? I would like
a gridded 2-4. Am I S.O.L? I guess I'd have to shop from Beattie for that
one.
