Andy,
I have an OM-1 (no MD badge) which works OK with my Winder 2.
I also have an OM-1MD which I purchased new in 1974 which obviously takes
the winder.
I would expect that if the body has the cap on the bottom plate which
exposes the drive coupling, then it should work with a winder at least.
I am also interested in the history of these bodies, did the OM-1 MD replace
the OM-1, or were they produced concurrently. If you like I will take a
look at the bodies when I get home and let you know the serial no.s for
mine.
