For what it's worth, Model Railroader magazine (an American model train magazine) had an article on how to build a 35 mm 'view' camera. This used a bellows modified to give swings, tilts, and shift. I can't remember the date but it was in the last 2 to 4 years. I beleive the author used an enlarging lens instead of the regular auto iris lens.
