Yes, you must have it custom made. One problem with a cylindrical
correction lens in the eyecup is that you have to decide if you
want to take pictures with the camera in a horisontal or a vertical
position. I also have astigmatism and have decided to use my
glasses with my OM:s. On my binoculars I have custom made
correction lenses.
