RE Using the OM 10 for long exposures,
As I understand it the OM 10 uses a combined magnet to hold the shutter
open, there is a permanent magnet which actually holds the shutter
curtain, and an elctromagnet that pulses to kick the shutter closed.
The power only flows in the electromagnet as a pulse to close the
curtain. This means that the camera should use exactly the same amount
of power for an 10 minute B exposure as a 1000/Sec normal exposure. Is
this right?
