If you want to meter stopped down with little fuss, obtain a Kiron "Match
Mate". One of this pair is the usual 49mm thread to Oly male fitting. The
other part bayonets over the exposed part of your lens and has a stop down
lever so you can compose, meter and shoot at your chosen aperture.
