[OM] Olympus 1.4x-A

I seem to recall someone was looking for this. There is one for sale on e-bay.
I have no connection with the seller (the e-bay posting has one of the best
pictures of an Olympus body cap I've ever seen, though <g>). It was just
posted and price is already at $130.
