Thank's very much for the reply. Your information was very helpful. I've
done some additional testing and research - found another 2s to compare
readings to, and also determined that the problem is intermittant through
some test photographs I was taking. I actually had the meter giving more
reasonable reading three times today, but could not get it to go back to a
working condition. Fortunately, the guy I bought it from has agreed to
take it back. I am REALLY sad at this because I got a good deal on it, and
now I have to go find me another one... :(
Also, I read on here, or on one of the Oly FAQs that Olympus will give you
replacement manuals on older equipment. Is this true? I may just get one
now so I can read up on the camera so I can better understand it. The Oly
FAQ was very useful the first time, but it would have been good for me to
fully understand the operation of the camera ahead of time! :)
Regards,
Dan M.
