Given fresh cells (4 x AA in T-32 and 4 x "D" in the power bounce grip 2) a
full manual discharge to full ready charge takes about 2-4 seconds. In
general usage with TTL auto under 20 feet (7 meters), at f/5.6 or f/8, you
can fire at will and not get behind. I've done burst motor drive (not
winder) sequences up to 6-7 frames with the first frame as well exposed as
the last one.

Shawn Wright <swright@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> offered his knowledge and
experience, then asked:
What is the *full* recycle time for a T-32 with bounce grip, in actual
use? I was quite surprised to find my 310 seemed very slow (3-4
seconds). Do they get worse with age? Normally in 8-12 foot range,
the 310 can fire almost continuously, but I found the 20 foot shots
were really a problem. (with ISO 400)
