[OM] The Olympus Way

Earlier this year I bought a second hand copy of "The Asahi Pentax Way".

I have just checked what it cost me - £2 (around $3).  $377 certainly seems
a little high, even though my copy was priced at £3 ($4.50) before it was
reduced.
