[OM] OM Battery Contact Cleaning

Does anyone have a recommendation as to the best way to clean the battery
contacts of a T32 (or similar) if they start to corrode. I forgot to take the
batteries out (learned my lesson) - corrosion is not bad - just beginning and
all works well. But I would like to 'nip it in the bud.'
