A good(ish) experience..
I had my OM-4 repaired by Gunz when it went haywire after
some excess humidity. (loss of self-timer, OTF over-exposure).
I got the impression thay they replaced the circuit board.
They were business-like rather than rude (I went to their
workshop in Alexandria/Botany somewhere) and seemed
very professional in their dealings.
The work was done in a week or so, which is what I'd expect..
I think the rudeness may be a result of most of their work
being for professionals.
ie: "Here's my camera, Fix it soon", rather than your average consumer
meanderings about price and asthetics.
I'm a fairly happy customer ..

Counterexample. I faxed them (their sydney office) late on a Friday,
asking if they knew where I could get an OM-1 manual (and mentioning
that OLY USA said to ask them). A photocopied manual arrived in
Brisbane Monday morning!
I haven't had to deal with them regarding repairs (yet)!
