[OM] Used lens: infinity out of focus.

I am trying a used Zuiko 28mm/f3.5 lens. It seems that objects that should
be at "infinity" are still slightly out of focus when the lens focusing ring
is turned all the way to infinity. I am using this on an OM-2n with a split
image focusing screen. I have gotten some landscape pictures back that seem
to be in focus. I am wondering what the problem is.
