Well, we don't have VAT. (Not yet that is,we may get it soon and it
would be called GST).
Secondly I think that the telescopic tube is s/h so no tax applies.
That is If Mahlon is refeering to the same one (in Ted's City
store). It looks like new (looks not is) and comes with tripod
collar.
I would not agree that to be particularly good price, although they
are not a common item.
