I suspect the cheapest way for you to pay the $25, if you do not have
any US$ notes handy, is to get them to charge it to your credit card
- if you have one of course. You also would get a slight
satisfaction in the thought that they will loose 30r so of your
payment.
Telegraphic transfers are an expensive way to go. A foreign currency
bankdraft I imagine would be slightly cheaper and debiting a CC even
cheaper still.
