Perhaps the reason you *always* see them is that they don't sell well at that
price - so they show up over and over again.  That is one illusion we get when
thinking that Shutterbug asking prices reflect the real market.  I've seen
near mint at $199US and lesser condition at well below $199.  Looks like an
insufficient sample size to come up with the above price range.
