I'm not a lawyer but it seems that we as a group could
send along a notice to Focus Camera that members of this
list have been advised of how they have treated fellow-
member Richard Dale. Perhaps we should email Focus camera
en masse expressing our collective outrage over this type
of business practice. Anyone up for a good old-fashioned
protest?

I agree, this is a good way to serve our friends on the list and others who
are taken in.
The more people who E mail them from the US the better.  Let them know that
if they mess with overseas customers they will lose domestic business.

Richard try not to settle for any replacement items.  This sounds like it
was probably their idea.  They keep your money and get rid of some other
Olympus stuff laying around.
