Sorry Ken,
While I understand your points and juridically they sure are true, I´do
disagree somewhat with you about the matter.
#1 Getting a press-pass is close to impossible in the Netherlands
#2 Even professional photographers are denied access during the biggest
part of the concert, to favor the ones especially hired by the band or
organisers.
#3 As long as it is for own use I don´t see the harm to much. I think
Hans´point was more that he wanted to have fun taking the photos, not so
much hanging them on the wall. AND DEFINIIELY NOT SELLING THEM. If he
would, I would completely agree with you.
#4 All points you mention have only one result: More money into the pockets
of the ones the allready have loads (They could buy several complete OM
sets!)
In general we tend to bend the rules a little here in our little country,
but then we are different, aren´t we?
