I am consulting my Kodak Professional Photoguide (circa. 1981)...
For ISO 160 speed film:
4 seconds at F11.
For ISO 100 speed film:
4 seconds at F8-F11.
I've used this as a starting point for years and it works pretty good. I
will almost always bracket 1 and 2 stops brighter.
Technique #2 is to put the camera on auto, use F11 and fire away. Bracket 1
and 2 stops each direction.
