I have reported the recent Bull's Eye spam to the originating ISP, which
usually results in the termination of the account.
I have a semi automated method of reporting spammers which has resulted in
generally quick action from the ISP, and in some cases legal action. With the
number of ISPs offering free accounts these days, it's pretty easy for these
spammers to bounce back, but it seems to take a month or more for them to do
so.
