There is a dealer called MX2, The Camera Food Company in the UK which is
advertising Opticlean: a "starter pack" of 3ml is £7.95 and a "Professional
Pack" of 6ml is £10.95, all prices plus postage. Their telephone number is +44
(0)1481 43024, their fax number is +44 (0)1481 47288 and they take VISA and MC
etc...
I have never used this company for, but their advertisement is a full page
colour one in a good British photographic magazine - Photo Technique.
As I thought, the product is alive and well and the photographic suppliers who
do not stock it should be persuaded to do so.
