Since you asked so nice, I'll reply: It's a spam ad for software to
create mailing lists targeted to specific segments of the population
within parameters designated by the user. In other words its sole
purpose is to create a list designed to let you get your spam "only" to
those you want it to reach. I received the posting THROUGH THE LIST,
and
assumed everyone else did too. If not, sorry for taking up space. BTW,
I
also received it as a private mailing. It is not a short note either!
