Hi Buddy.
This is the right eye doctors' test indeed but... it is not needed for
photographers. If a photographer has a dominant eye indeed (like
almost everyone else) you can be pretty sure that it is the eye he
focuses with.
With children you can ask them to look through a key-hole. They will
almost certainly use the dominant eye to peep through it.
