Hi all: In the FWIW Department re: hot lenses. I'm told the hottest lens in Las Vegas (not a Nikon town) is the 24-120 mm Nikon zoom. The best shop in town won't even buy a 35-135 Nikon zoom due to the demand for used examples of the 24-120.
