Here are the details of what is available from Olympus.
Can Gray market even get these if Tokyo is no longer producing them.
It'll be bad news for Olympus America if they can.

The one and only time I  allowed an electronic transfer it cost me $35!  If
you don't mind paying that, then okay.

38mm 2.8 macro lens is backordered, but available @ $635.00
0.6m TTL cord available @ $38 ea.
90mm f2 macro backordered but available @ $1100.00
T-28 twin Macro flash available @ $209.00
21mm f3.5 lens available @ $580.00

The 38 is up about 50 0.000000rom previous prices.  the 90 up about 30%, 21 up
10%.
TTL Cord and T28 are unchanged.
I don't stock these big items as they are slow movers.  If Olympus has them
in stock, I can get them in 2 days, but I'll have to have an actual order
from you before I order them. Then add  shipping (of course these would have
to go insured which raises shipping fees substantially.)
