Doris,
THANKS, this is great information!!
Pola back for OM's, REALLY? That's a good suprise! When you
say OM's, does that include the OM-10? I can't really visualize what
that would look like?
If you use manual on most camera's, then why so many different
camera's, just curious.
Thanks,
Kristine.

It is not a problem for me. I never carry two brands simultaneously, and
my mind simply "switches" from one to another. Medium format has always
grated on me a little. Plus, I most often use my cameras on manual
exposure and focus. I also rarely use the in-camera meters, using
hand-held ones, so the controls aren't all that complex to remember. Many
of my cameras are older, too.

If you are using two different brands/models simultaneously, I can see
where it would be confusing.

You have a decent kit, Kris. I would add an ultra-wide next. At least
a 24 or 21, and maybe a 300/4.5 (and a 1.4x) for the animals.

The OM-1 and OM-3/OM-3ti would probably be the best adapted to studio
use. You can still buy Pola backs for the OMs, too. Auto-exposure is an
un-necessary complication in-studio. There was an OM-88, I think, that was
AF, but it never did well.
