Dear Thomas,
I have no experience with the Motor Drive 2, but according to an OM
catalogue printed in 1984, the MD 2 is compatible with OM1.
I do have the experience that one of my recently aquired MD 1 does not
work with my OM PC, but another one do. Later I found out that by placing a
layer of tape (around 0.2mm thick) between the motor drive and camera to
increase the distance between them, the problem solved. I think there are
some mechanical matching problem of the MDs to some OM cameras.
Regards,
C.H.Ling
