I got the same impression as you when I visited their web site for the
first time.
I think the reason is quite simple that their pages are designed by
the same home-page design builder, RWI Interactive Information
Services. This credit is written at the bottom of their pages, both
Waxman's and Access's. Your eyes' metering was either center-weighted
or spotted, I guess.:-)
