I don't think that was what Artur was asking for. The Memo function
only holds the EV of the last exposure - so you cannot use it to lock an
auto-exposure and then recompose without wasting a shot first.
The best solution to what Artur was asking about is to use the spot
meter facility - that memorises the EV of the spot and permits
recomposition BEFORE exposing the film.
