I think you have a model "M. 6V Power Pack 1" I found it in an old 4/79 Motor
Drive Group Manual and Shipman notes it on page 138. Olympus also made a "6 V
Power Pack 2" that used 4 D cells and notes to use it for running the modeling
lamps on T-28 Macro flash etc.
