[OM] Buying used oly faq

Hi all:
I'd be especially appreciative if people with the following experience
could comment on the buying used Oly FAQ:

        1) John H on the costs of fixing common problems, and what
        types of problems can no longer be fixed.
        2) People who have *extensive* experience buying items
        either from pawnshops or auctions.
        3) Folks that have some ideas on how to get bargaining
        over the phone to work.
