Hi all (esp. John H :)
I am finally getting around to replacing the items that were stolen from
me, and today picked up an OM-2N in near mint (or so I thought)
condition. After getting it home and playing with it a bit more,
however, I find that when set to manual mode, the shutter speeds are
longer than the set speed about 10-200f the time. Auto mode seems to
be fine. The problem seems to occur more often right after I change the
shutter speed dial. After taking one or two exposures, the problem
seems to go away (although it seems to randomly come back for one of
ever 10 or 20 exposures). Any ideas? Is it something really dumb that
I'm missing?
The vendor claims to have a 30 day warranty on used items... looks like
I'll be testing that :)
Cheers,
--Lee
