|Both the IS-B macro H.Q. converter (f=40cm or 2.5 diopters, 55mm
|thread) and the IS A-lifesize macro H.Q (f=13cm or 7.5 diopters, 49mm
|thread) work very well in the complete focal range of the IS-cameras
|they are meant for (starting at 35mm and going up to 180 and 135mm
|respectively). They are high quality achromats.
Thank you very much for the info. It has taken me a while
to respond because I have been out due to corrective
surgery. I haven't been paying very much attention to the
bridge camera world with the attendent accessories. I will
look into the Olympus achromats for myself.
