Hello Per.
The flash extender can easily take the weight, but the shoe between
that thing and the camera will suffer even more than it already does
from a T-32 alone. I think all shoes are very weak. (BTW, I filled
some of mine with as much epoxy as possible and they are MUCH stronger
now.)
AFAIK 1st choice (by Olympus) red-eye reducing combinations were:
T20 + extender on top of camera + shoe,
vs. T32 + BG2 with cord to camera + autoconnector.
As for the bounce grip: even the F280 was designed to fit on it, with
a special hole in the place where the T32 or T20 has its power
connector sitting.
