True - a lot of both bodies and lenses don`t need IR-focussing. Half my
lenses have a red dot, the remaining don`t.
There are also a lot of camera bodies that are unsuitable for IR-work; I`m
pretty certain that all OM-bodies are IR-compatible but when buying a new
body, always check with the salesperson to make sure!
