Just got my first 'front cover' what a rush. Its a shot of a hibernating
herald moth in an underground culvert. The insect is absolutely covered
in condensation droplets.
OM content: shot with a 4Ti, 80mm f/4 macro and zoom tubes. Illumination
from T10 ring flash. The sharpness is superb. BTW this is the only shot
where I feel a cross-pol would have been useful as you can see loads of
little ringflash reflections in the water droplets (Thanks FVL for
explaining cross-pol to me).
BTW what does the 80mm macro close-up lens give me? I see Olympusguy
advertises them.
