The advantage of the F280 flash over the T32 is that it allows you to take
advantage of the OM-4T's full synchro flash capabilities -- which allows you
to flash synch up to 1/2000 of a second. While this sounds great, synching at
such a high speed does limit the effective range of the flash so that it's
practical application is limited to fill flash type situations. Otherwise,
the T32 is more powerful, has a broader coverage and recycles faster
(particularly with the Power Bounce Grip 2). I hope that Olympus one day
comes out with a more powerful version of the F280 flash -- but that may never
happen.
