Hello Alex. I can only answer your 2nd question. The G-40 flash is
dedicated for the Oly IS-series cameras, and can NOT be used with any
other camera. Its characteristics do resemble those of the F-280
flash, intended for use with the OM77,707,4T,4Ti,3Ti.
