Well, you know how it starts Gary. First someone offers you a 50mm/f1.8 and
you take it because of peer pressure. Then you find another one that's only 5
bucks and you get it too. Later you find a really beat up OM-1 thats been
bumper dragged that the guy wants $175 for but it has that mint condition
50/1.8 on it so you fork over the green. After a while you come home from
camera shows and you find loose 50/1.8s in your bag that you don't even
remember buying. Of course you have to tell lies to your family about it and
hide all of your 50/1.8's in boxes stashed under the house in the crawl space.
When you come up short at the end of the month trying to make the mortgage
payment because you've just called a Shutterbug vendor and ordered up an Ex++
50/1.8 with "slight cleaning marks" that doesn't even have a back cap, well,
then you know you're in trouble.....
