Thanks for asking the question, Shawn. I had never realized that the
reflector could be tilted downward. Now I have just checked on mine that
it does. There is a down-tilt stop knob, which took me a few minutes to
figure out how it works. It slides to the right, and the reflector head
can be pushed in a little. The 15 degree is a little slant downwards.
